Greetings from Deny Montana

I started training calisthenics when I was 12. I remember that day when we finished school, at the time I was in the 7th grade. I went to the park with the pull up bars and decided to get some reps in. To my surprise I could barely do 1-2 dips and about 4-5 pull ups. I was embarrassed that my body felt so weak. I wanted to become strong, because strength helps you survive, even in a civilized society like today.

It was a Summer time and I went to the camp. I started going to the pull up bars with my friends almost every day. And after those 3 weeks of training and camp activities I was already doing 12 pull ups and 15 dips. Dips were always easier for me, because I have a good genetics for pushing movements. The same Summer I was already doing 20 pull ups and 35 dips. This is the beauty of a progress when you're 12 years old and your hormones give you the maximum boost. If you're reading this while you're still under 18, don't waste time and get to training ASAP! I mean it's never too late, but particularly at that age 12-18 y.o. we have the peak hormone system. And everything you do at this age will build a foundation to when you're older.

I trained about 3-4 times a week: 2 pulling workouts and 2 pushing ones. And I was doing rock climbing at that time too. That's when I got to know chalk and how it improves your grip.

We used a standard brick-chalk for climbing to get a better grip, but I loved it so much that I started using it in my calisthenics workouts too.

I started competing in calisthenics at the age of 18 and still doing it at 32 combining it with an arm wrestling. I don't like bragging about my achievements, but here are some of the best ones:

- Guinness World Record of the most parallel bar dips with a 100 lb backpack under 1 minute (2017, 2019, 2020). Yes, I broke the same record 3 times

- Guinness World Record of the most one arm pull ups under 1 minute (2021)

- Bench Press champion of the World Cup in Idaho Falls 2022 and 2023

- Miami Beach Pull Up Jam 2023 champion

- Miami Beach Pull Up Jam 2024 champion

I used chalk for a strong grip on pull ups, on a bench press, even on the arm wrestling events where I had some solid wins too.

I have gained a lot of experience during this time. I've tried a bunch of different brands of chalk and decided to make my own.

Many gyms have banned use of the traditional brick-chalk because of how messy it is, they simply don't want to clean up after you.

I came up with a solution which is a liquid chalk. It is absolutely mess free, it doesn't leave clouds of dust in the gym and it smells good. One application is enough to have a powerful session with weights.

And take my word for it, it is the best one you have ever tried.

With that being said, I wish you a good health and many more gainz. My liquid chalk has got you covered with a strong grip!

Back to training,
